Returns, Warranty & FAQ

Our Commitment to Quality Every AORYZON timepiece is meticulously hand-assembled and rigorously tested (timing precision, alignment, and water resistance) before it leaves our workshop. Because of the premium and custom nature of our watches, we have strict policies in place to ensure fairness and maintain the highest quality standards.

1. Order Cancellations

All our watches are hand-assembled to order.

You may cancel or amend your order within 24 hours of purchase.

After 24 hours, the sourcing of parts and assembly process begins, and the order can no longer be canceled.

2. Return & Refund Policy (Strict Condition Rule)

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date, strictly under the following conditions:

The watch must be 100% UNWORN.

All original protective plastics and films on the case, crystal, and bracelet must remain fully intact and unpeeled.

The bracelet must NOT be resized or altered in any way.

The watch must be returned in its original box with all accessories and paperwork.

Anti-Fraud Policy: Any returned watch that shows signs of being worn, has the protective plastics removed, has a resized bracelet, or exhibits micro-scratches will be rejected and sent back to the buyer at their expense, with no refund issued. Custom-engraved or fully bespoke 1-of-1 orders are final sale and non-refundable.

To initiate a return, you must contact us via our contact form with clear, well-lit photos of the unworn watch (front, back, and sides) showing the plastics still attached. Approved refunds will exclude the original shipping costs.

3. The 1-Year Mechanical Warranty

We stand behind our craftsmanship. Your AORYZON watch comes with a 1-Year Limited Mechanical Warranty from the date of delivery.

What IS covered:

Manufacturing defects in the automatic movement.

The movement stopping completely or losing/gaining significant amounts of time outside of standard mechanical tolerances.

What is STRICTLY NOT covered (Warranty Voids):

Water damage: Due to failure to properly screw down the crown before water exposure, or exposing the watch to hot water/saunas.

Impact damage: Dropping the watch, resulting in broken crystals, loose indices, or a shocked movement.

Magnetism: Movement running extremely fast due to exposure to strong magnetic fields (speakers, laptops).

Wear and Tear: Normal scratches on the case, bracelet, or clasp from daily use.

Unauthorized Access: If the caseback is opened by anyone other than AORYZON, the warranty is immediately and permanently voided.

4. Damaged on Arrival (DOA)

In the rare event that your watch is damaged during transit, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include a clear photograph or unboxing video demonstrating the issue. Claims made after 48 hours for transit damage will not be accepted.

5. International Orders & Customs

International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, and other customs charges. Depending on your location, you’ll see either a pre-collected duty amount or a notice about potential import fees at checkout. You are solely responsible for any applicable import duties or fees. Refusal to pay customs fees will result in the package being abandoned or returned; in such cases, original shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from any potential refund.

6. Merchant of Record

Orders are securely processed by our Merchant of Record and ecommerce partner, Fourthwall.com, who handle the checkout and payment infrastructure.
